Pussycat Dolls Show

LA Fashion Week had some major kittens in toe ready to shed some skin on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Smashbox Studios. Pussycat Dolls creator, Robin Antin showcased her new lingerie line inspired and named after her ultra sexy female pop group. Of course she took the oppurtunity to have the Dolls perform at the show, and celebrities from Hip Hop mogual P.Diddy to Super producer and rapper Dr. Dre was ther eto show there support. Though this was one of the most hyped about shows throughout Fashion Week, I have to say that the pieces in the show were not presented well. The models look STANK! Yes, i said it. Someone had to. They look like the vaginas stank. The lingerie was cute and edgy , but the same could not be said for the models. Though I understand that Robin wanted to portray the old pin up look mixed with some of the Pussycat Dolls edge, but the models did not portray the
same confidence that the Dolls are known for. Even

though I was not at the show ( which I should have

been) the pictures speak for themselves.)

Kelly Nishimoto Show!

I attended the Kelly Nishimoto show for LA Fashion Week on Sunday, March 9,2008. So fun! My first fashion show was great The show only lasted like 15-20 minutes, but it
was worth it. Kelly's rich use of color and whimisical patterns put together an interesting combination for the fall season. I loved the fact that she used the pink panther as her mascot! He was funny. At the show Kelly showed her supposrt for breast cancer awarness by she passing
out iron on breast cancer ribbon patches. I loove her spirit and drive.
